Features
Each table has its own QR code. Customers can scan, view the menu, customize orders with addons, and place orders directly. Orders are linked to the table number and update instantly in the cashier system, while kitchen order tickets (KOT) are sent in real time.
Waiters can take orders using Android or iOS devices and send them directly to the kitchen. This improves service speed, reduces mistakes, and keeps all orders connected to the system.
Managers can monitor live bills, manage inventory, track sales reports, and control daily operations. It also helps with staff activity and overall management.
Customers can request services like cutlery, salt, or bills directly from their phone. These requests appear instantly in the cashier and waiter apps. For hotels, each room has a QR system where guests can order food, request services, and view their bill through a room app.

How it works
Customers scan a table or room QR code to order from their phone, or waiters take orders using the mobile app. Every order is linked to the correct table or room.
The cashier app receives the order in real time with all selected items, addons, notes, table numbers, room numbers, and customer requests.
Kitchen order tickets are sent instantly so the kitchen can prepare the order without manual writing or delays.
Customers can view their live bill, staff can handle requests, and managers can monitor sales, inventory, and daily operations from the connected apps.
Account ownership
Future venue IDs, activation keys, device transfers, and hosted provider settings should belong to the customer account, not to a single cashier machine.
